Area of ex military barracks at Trsat will host various programs. Fall Fest is a complete DIY ( do it yourself ) project, aiming to promote urban culture, sports, music and entertainment, and this year it's being held for the second time. Fall Fest consists of four stages: Rock The Stage, Save The Vinyl Stage, Nobody Told Me Stage i Be-Bop-A-Lula Stage. Fall Fest is hosted by Balkan Kolektiv in a cooperation with Riječko pleme organization.
