Zoom festival is an opportunity to reflect on issues of identity. The novelty of this year's Zoom is a children's program. The program is financially supported by the European Commission, the Ministry of Culture, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, City of Rijeka and the Robert Bosch Stiftung.

Area of ex military barracks at Trsat will host various programs. Fall Fest is a complete DIY ( do it yourself ) project, aiming to promote urban culture, sports, music and entertainment, and this year it's being held for the second time. Fall Fest consists of four stages: Rock The Stage, Save The Vinyl Stage, Nobody Told Me Stage i Be-Bop-A-Lula Stage. Fall Fest is hosted by Balkan Kolektiv in a cooperation with Riječko pleme organization. On Monday, 25 July 2011. beginning at 21:30 h at Trsat Castle will be the literary-musical evening. Guests are famous Croatian poet Jaksa Fiamengo and Klapa Kampanel, and the young poets of Rijeka will be presented by Sebastian Antonio Kukavica.

On Sunday, 24th July on Trsat Castle, as part of the "Summer on the Fort," perform "Neno Belan and Fiumens", the band spontaneously created in 1997 by bringing together musicians from Rijeka Leo Rumora, Olja Dešić and Vedran Krizan around singer abd songwriter Neno Belan. The last album "River of Dreams" brought them the 2008 Porin award for best pop album.
The price of tickets for the concert Neno Belan Fiumens is 60 and 100 kuna.
