KCS 2012: Guitar Fest - DARKO JURKOVIĆ

After finishing music school, Darko became bewitched by jazz music and the guitar. He was particularly fascinated by guitarist Jordan with his ‘two hands tapping’ technique which Darko has employed successfully ever since. This technique makes it possible to play the melody with one hand and play bass accompaniment at the same time. In 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008 Darko Jurković was voted best jazz guitarist in Croatia, 2006 he won The Porin Award (best solo jazz guitar).
