After performing in Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg, Münich, Nürnberg and Köln, Gibonni is coming to Opatija to finish his European tour and celebrate 170th anniversary of tourism in Opatija. After 'Mirakul' concert which has been one of the most visited concerts at the Open Air Theatre, Gibonni and his special guests are going to give another 'night to remember' to his listeners.

9th Festival of science fiction and fantasy Liburnicon - Superhero Edition will be held August 28 to 31, 2014
Venue for Thursday and Friday's Newly opened hostel Link in Lovran
On Saturday and Sunday, most programs will be held in Opatija, 4 world guests - Convention Center, in the center of Opatija.
Over 100 parts of a program for 4 days exceeds every Liburnicon so far. Even 4 world guests : Ian Gibson from the UK and Gillian Pollack from Australia and Véronique Lejeune, and Frédéric Pinson from France!

From August 25 to August 30 2014 at Opatija will be held 50th North Adriatic International Championships for veterans – seniors 35 + and super seniors 60-85 + world ITF STARS 2, organized by the tennis club Opatija, and Croatian Tennis Association veterans.
Competitors come from almost all European countries, Australia, USA, and RSA.
The tournament is promoted by well-known initiator of tennis in Opatija, the deciesed Krunoslav Penkala, son of the famous Croatian inventor.
Josipa Lisac, will perform at the big concert called "There is a city somewhere ..."
The love between Josipa and Opatija began in 1968,with the performance at the festival in Opatija and interpretation of song by Arsen Dedić "What makes me happy."
Concert tickets, at a price of 160 and 130 kuna ( seating), are sold from May 27 and can be purchased through Eventim website.
