The Dominant Quartet rightly holds one of the leading roles among the young generation of musical ensembles in Russia. It was founded at the Gnessin Music Academy in Moscow in 1995 under the professorship of Valentin Berlinsky, the cellist of the world famous Borodin Quartet.

Organized by the Croatian Museum of Tourism, on Wednesday, 6th of October 2010. in Art pavilion "Juraj Sporer" 's been opened the exhibition "Zvonimir Zagoda." After a few exhibitions in a short time (Zagreb, Krapina, Vodice) Zvonimir Zagoda in the Art pavilion "Juraj Sporer" Opatija presents a kind of summary of his own works . The doyen of Croatian photography, and teacher of many contemporary artists, exhibits his classic thematic triptych: wood-stone-water. FREE ADMISSION.

Children's Week has been traditionally celebrated 60 years in Croatia the first week in October, and this year for the first time and the Council for Children Republic of Croatia and the Ministry of Family, Veterans and Intergenerational Solidarity for the first time officially declared Monday on the first week of October - the International Day of the Child .
