7th International Congress of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists, will be held from September 20 to 23, 2011 in Opatija, Croatia. The organizers of the Congress are Croatian Society of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists and the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb. The Congress is traditionally held since 1977. The primary goal of this educational activity organised by the ECCO Education Committee is the harmonisation of IBD practises within ECCO Country Members by spreading the ECCO Guidelines on Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Opportunistic Infections and Reproduction in IBD, and to provide continuous medical education with the ultimate aim to improve the quality of care for patients with IBD.
