Writer&poet Vesna Krmpotic in Molekula

Literary evening with Vesna Krmpotić, organized by Katapult will lead Nelly Nezic, in the "Living room" of Molecule, Rijeka, Delta 5.

Vesna Krmpotić (born 1932 in Dubrovnik) is a Croatian writer and translator.

She graduated psychology and English language on University of Zagreb and in New Delhi, India, she studied Bengali language. After marrying diplomat (called Radivoje) Vesna lived across the globe: Cairo, Washington, Acra, New Delhi, etc. and now she lives in Croatia again. She has written over 70 books and the book Brdo iznad oblaka (A Hill Above the Clouds) is considered to be one of the best Croatian novels. In her life Vesna turned to oriental religions and philosophy.
