GREGORIAN Christmas Concert

The unique German choir, THE GREGORIAN, conducted by Frank Peterson, the creator of the project Enigma, will hold a spectacular Christmas concert on 23rd December at the Crystal Hall of the Opatija Hotel Kvarner, beginning at 8 p.m.

The ten-member choir, whose repertoire ranges from pop hits to Christmas carols from various time periods, will take the audience on a journey through the beauties of the mystical sacral sounds of the Gregorian chants.

The Opatija concert is only a part of the Christmas tour dubbed "Christmas Tour 2011 - Die Große Weihnachtstournee 2011", starting with the concert in Hamburg on 26th November, and ending precisely under the crystal chandeliers of the Hotel Kvarner. During their tour, the Gregorian will enrich the spirit of Christmas with their sacral performances in many European cities: Hamburg, Berlin, Leipzig, Schwerin, Magdeburg, Nuernberg, Munchen, Bochum, Koeln, Vienna, Zagreb and Opatija.
