Saturday, 16.04.2011. 12.00 to 16.00 - Food Presentation: Delicacies of Liburnia
(scrambled eggs with asparagus and shrimps in a large pan for 300 persons)
Presentation of the Gastro road Agroliburnia
(authentic dishes from the upper area of ??the so-called Liburnia. The dishes from our grandmothers')
at 16.00 Awards ceremony
