Dinko Stipanicev was born Febuary 23rd, 1975 in Zagreb. A child of a musical family, he started to play the violin at the age of 6, later he switched to the clarinet. He taught himself to play the bass guitar, doublebass and the tenor saxophone. Now he mostly plays a SELMER OVAL-HOLE acoustic guitar designed back in the 30's. Reason for that is Dinkos' love for music of the legendary, Django Reinhardt, a Belgian gypsy guitarist born in 1910 and is considered to be the man who founded the roots of European jazz music in 30's and 40's.
