Church St. Jacob, in park St.Jacob 2, Everyday exebition

Church St. Jacob was build around 1420.year as colony of Benedict's.
The same monastery has later one given the name of the whole town-Opatija.
From it's originally architecture isn't left much, because it was divided on 1506., and rebuilt at the end of 18.th century, and enlarged at 30-es of 20.century.Chirch is treasuring a replica of relief "Pieta", from famous Croatian sculptor Ivan Mestrovic.
