What is (5 Rhythms ®) therapy movement?
Movement Therapy by Andrea Juhan (5Rhythms ® Center for Therapeutic Study, USA) is based on a method of motion 5 Rhythms ® (Gabrielle Roth, USA) and humanistic psychotherapy (Gestalt Awareness, IBP). Movement Therapy is a type of psychotherapy that uses movement and dance for social, cognitive, emotional and psychological growth of individuals. 5 Rhythms ® Gabrielle Roth are flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness.
Mirza Dzomba, as a former student, will be the guest of honor of the anniversary celebration of Catering High School Opatija. At Monday, the 17th October program will begin at 9:00 with the handball match between teachers and pupils, at 11:00 will be a cultural and artistic events, sports events at 11:30, and at 11:45 will be open a gallery of students' "stars of the school", where Mirza Dzomba will get its own special star, along with Danko Milčetić. At 12:30 will be open the exhibition "The success of Mirza Dzomba", dedicated to the famous handball player.

The first Sunday and Monday of October are the days of tasting the new wine, the popular belica, an authentic white wine of Kastav region. Bela nedeja is not only a new wine fair but also a day when old crafts are presented, various goods are on sale, numerous stalls with drinks and food are set up and a variety of events take place. Bela nedeja has a centuries-old tradition and it is even mentioned in The Law of the City of Kastav from 1400.
