Pierre Bastien (born Paris, 1953) post-graduated in eighteenth-century French literature at University Paris-Sorbonne. In 1977 he built his first musical machinery.

After a great summer tour on the southern part of Croatia Vlatko Stefanovski Trio and a former member of cult progressive rock group Focus Jan Akkerman will have performances in the 6 th northern Croatian towns (including Rijeka) in November.

At the end of October, for the fourth time, Rijeka will become guitar metropolis, accords of the most eminent musicians will overflow the city.
This year Hal's All Star Guitar Festival is gathering again the most world famous musicians, offering very attractive and various music program which will be taken in a role, 2 concert nights, in Croatian culture home on Sušak, on 25. and 26.th October 2008.
From 4. until 25. Of October concerts will have stars of German folk and chanson music, on stage will appear also domestic bands from Opatija and Rijeka.
Music manifestation “Musikfest” has been organized first years in Poreč and last two moved into beautiful Opatija.

The spirit of the old Opatija this summer will revive again thanks to the concert which will begin at 21:00 hours on the famous terrace of the oldest hotels on the Croatian side of the Adriatic - Kvarner. Visitors will enjoy in performance of cult 'Opatijski suveniri', just like 30 years ago.
