Skart are founded by Dragan Protic and Djordje Balmazovic 1990, in an abandoned graphic studio of the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade, as a product of strifes / dialogues between two people. Combining a wide range of experience: poetry, graphic design, architecture, performance, social engagement, SKART has developed a local strategy street samizdat / samodat action. In a series of their successful projects should be pointed out that they represent Serbia at the 12th Venice Architecture Biennale, 2010. year with the project "Klackaliste - polygon of imbalance." The interview is taking place within the program of Refleks association, Another sea and Kultivator of the University of Rijeka. The program was financially supported by the National Foundation for Development of Civil Society , Ministry of Culture and the University of Rijeka.
Vladimir Gudac (Opatija, 1951) graduated at the Faculty of Arts (Art History / Comparative Literature) in Zagreb in 1979. Head of the Student Center Gallery was from 1980. to 1990. Along with Dubravko Budić he was a founder and member of the group TOK. Vladimir Gudac researches media using photography, video, installation and performance and writes art critiques. He has exhibited in Croatia, Yugoslavia, Italy, France, Holland, Germany, Austria and China. He is a lecturer at the Academy of Applied Arts in Rijeka.
