The opening night of “The Summer under the Stars” in Opatija will feature the magnificent concert by the Zagreb Philharmonics made for the International Society of the Performing Arts.
11th International Basketball Tournament "Marino Cvetkovic" in Opatija.
The tournament is named after long-term basketball player of Basketball Club Opatija who gave his life for Croatia in 1991., during the war for independence.

We are pleased to invite you to the 4th CROATIAN CONGRESS on PHARMACY with international participation, which will take place in Opatija, from May 27 to 30, 2010.
The Congress is organized by the Croatian Pharmaceutical Society in conjunction with the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, University of Zagreb, and the Agency for Medicinal Products and Medical Devices of the Republic of Croatia. The organizers will try to design the scientific and professional programme of the Congress so as to include interesting lectures by invited international and domestic speakers, as well as a number of poster presentations.
