On the national contest of a hairdressers and cosmetics, depending of the plasman, the best ones will be selected, who will get the opportunity of participating in the World contest, that will take place 1.st of March 2008. in Chicago, USA.
Every association that has more than 5 competitors per category, has to organize a region contest first, while the others have the right for a direct apply on the national contest.
