On the beautiful terrace of the Hotel Kvarner, 10th of August at 21.00, will be held a concert of Klapa Kamik, the female klapa KAMELIJA, and the male klapa KVARNER. organized by the "Association of Northern Adriatic a capella groups". We invite everyone to join us and enjoy the most beautiful Croatian songs, sung a capella and with instrumental accompaniment.

Very special exhibition of underwater sculptures by academic Sinisa Majkus is organized by Croatian Tourism Museum, Opatija. The best way to tour the exhibition is scuba diving, because the sculptures are placed at 4 metars deep in the sea 100 m from the coast, infront of of Hotel Kvarner. All the "divers" will be able to see the exhibition until the end of August.

ALPE-ADRIA PHILA 2011 is the 16th international stampexhibition, organized of the Working Group Alpe-Adria Phlately. The exhibition will be held in Opatija, Croatia from 14th to 17th April 2011 at Hotel Kvarner. FEPA granted ALPE-ADRIA PHILA 2011 support at hte FEPA Cogress in Antwerp April 2010.The exhibition offers 350 frames and all the FIP exhibition classes and additional the Open Class and the Picture Postcard class.
The exhibition qualify as a “Rang 1” a national exhibition.The annual FEPA Congress will be on Saturday 16th April in Villa Angiolina.
