3rd Croatian Symposium of Echocardiography

3rd Croatian Symposium of Echocardiography with International Participation, traditionally entitled “Cardiovascular Ultrasound: from Imaging to Knowledge in the Practice of Clinical Cardiology” will be held on 16-18 October 2009 at the Hotel “Ambasador” in Opatija, Croatia.
Echocardiography is one of the most rapidly developing imaging techniques, with ever increasing importance in the treatment of cardiac patients.
The program of the congress will include plenary sessions with the following main topics: Diastology, Myocardial and pericardial disease, Echocardiography challenges of the right ventrickle, Valvular diseases, Transesophageal echocardiography, Old and new imaging technologies.
