Liburnicon Opatija 2013 PIRATS

Festival of science fiction and fantasy "Liburnicon" will be held on 23 and 24 August in a specially designed area of elementary school "RKJeretov" Opatija. The program will include lectures, entertainment, screenings, performances, workshops, concerts, exhibitions and many social gaming, all to complement the stunning special decorations, all in accordance with the main theme of this year's Liburnicon - pirates.

Liburnicon will host well-known American writer Jacqueline Carey, author of the world-famous series Kushiel's Legacy. This is her first visit to Croatia organizes cultural front and prestigious publisher Algoritam.
