Flour-Bread '13

The Faculty of Food Technology Osijek (PTFOS) and the International Association for Cereal Science and Technology (ICC) organize the 7th International Congress "Flour-Bread '13" and the 9th Croatian Congress of Cereal Technologists "Brašno-Kruh '13.", which will take place in Opatija, Croatia from the 16th to 18th October 2013.
