Liburnia Film Festival presents the best documentaries Croatian filmmakers and performers from the previous year. The jury, audience and festival awards are highly respected among filmmakers, and since 2013 LFF is the only film festival in Croatia specializing in the awards for best director, cameraman and sound editing. During the four days of the festival will compete for about fifteen films for the main prize. More than ten films will be screened by the regional production.
It is located in a relaxed atmosphere just a few steps from the sea, and there were at the festival in Icici on average three thousand spectators. In addition to film screenings, Liburnia film festival offers an interesting music program and various workshops.

Povodom obilježavanja 60. obljetnice Ljetne pozornice, svjetlima projektora ponovo ćemo obasjati kino platno velike Ljetne pozornice i to scenama iz američke romantične drame Jamesa Camerona iz 1997., TITANIC, jednog od najposjećenijih filmova zlatnog doba filmova na Ljetnoj.

Das Liburnia Film Festival findet im kleinen Fischerhafen von Ičići statt und präsentiert die besten Dokumentarfilme kroatischer Filmemacher und Produzenten aus dem vorherigen Jahr. Die Jury- und Publikumspreise dieses Festivals sind unter Filmern sehr geschätzt, und seit 2013 vergibt das LFF als einziges Filmfestival in Kroatien Fachpreise für den besten Regisseur, Kameramann, Schnitt und Ton. Während der vier Festivaltage konkurrieren etwa fünfzehn Filme um die Hauptpreise. Weitere ca. zehn Filme werden aus regionalen Produktionen gezeigt. In der entspannten Atmosphäre nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt verzeichnet das Festival in Ičići durchschnittlich drei Tausend Zuschauer. Neben den Filmvorführungen bietet das Liburnia Film Festival auch ein interessantes Musikprogramm und diverse Workshops.

KLIKFEST Opatija is a festival of films shot exclusively w. cell phones. This year the festival experience its second edition, held on August 22nd 2014 at the Little Summer stage Opatija.

Bitter sweat feature documentary directed by Nebojsa Slijepcevic, produced by Restart and co-produced by ZDF/ARTE. Matchmaker Nediljko Babic, also known as "Gangster", helps a Bulgarian single mother find a new husband in Croatia. But a series of comically disastrous dates discloses the true nature of conservative Croatian men: they would rather die alone than marry a foreigner with a child.

The Expendables 3 is a 2014 American ensemble action film directed by Patrick Hughes, and written by Creighton Rothenberger, Katrin Benedikt, and Sylvester Stallone. It is a sequel to the 2012 action film The Expendables 2, and features returning cast members Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Antonio Banderas, Jet Li, Wesley Snipes, Dolph Lundgren, Kelsey Grammer, Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kellan Lutz, Ronda Rousey, Glen Powell, Victor Ortiz and Robert Davi. The story follows the mercenary group known as "The Expendables" as they come into conflict with ruthless arms dealer Conrad Stonebanks (Gibson), the Expendables' co-founder, who is determined to destroy the team.
