Gangster of love

Bitter sweat feature documentary directed by Nebojsa Slijepcevic, produced by Restart and co-produced by ZDF/ARTE. Matchmaker Nediljko Babic, also known as "Gangster", helps a Bulgarian single mother find a new husband in Croatia. But a series of comically disastrous dates discloses the true nature of conservative Croatian men: they would rather die alone than marry a foreigner with a child.

Maleficent

2014 American fantasy film directed by Robert Stromberg from a screenplay by Linda Woolverton. Starring Angelina Jolie as the eponymous Disney villainess character, the film is a live-action re-imagining of Walt Disney's 1959 animated film Sleeping Beauty, and portrays the story from the perspective of the antagonist, Maleficent.

The Young and Prodigious T.S. Spivet is a 2013 adventure film by Jean-Pierre Jeunet, based on the book The Selected Works of T.S. Spivet, written by Reif Larsen. The film stars Helena Bonham Carter, Judy Davis, Callum Keith Rennie and Kyle Catlett.

The Expendables 3

The Expendables 3 is a 2014 American ensemble action film directed by Patrick Hughes, and written by Creighton Rothenberger, Katrin Benedikt, and Sylvester Stallone. It is a sequel to the 2012 action film The Expendables 2, and features returning cast members Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Antonio Banderas, Jet Li, Wesley Snipes, Dolph Lundgren, Kelsey Grammer, Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kellan Lutz, Ronda Rousey, Glen Powell, Victor Ortiz and Robert Davi. The story follows the mercenary group known as "The Expendables" as they come into conflict with ruthless arms dealer Conrad Stonebanks (Gibson), the Expendables' co-founder, who is determined to destroy the team.

Marko Tolja, a musician from Rijeka who has been drawing attention with his extraordinary vocal abilities and charming performances, is coming to the Open Air Theatre in a festive mood. If we add his 30th birthday to 170th anniversary of tourism in Opatija, we have at least 200 reasons to come to Opatija. 'MARKO TOLJA XXX' concert will be dedicated to the famous Opatija`s Music Festivals and world evergreen classics that influenced Marko’s musical childhood. Happy birthday Marko!

More than Honey is a 2012 Swiss documentary film directed by Markus Imhoof about honeybee colonies in California, Switzerland, China and Australia. The film was nominated for an Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film at the 86th Academy Awards.

Tomislav Bralić and Klapa Intrade will perform on Saturday, August 9 at 21:00 in the beautiful ambience of the Summer Stage, Opatija.

Concert is organized by "Promotion d.o.o." in cooperation with the publishing house "Scardona". Guest of the concert will be Tedi Spalato, known and recognized Split songwriter, winner of Porin.
